Paintings

I use realism as a vehicle to explore the beauty I see around me.  I often seek to communicate the inner feelings which arise from being in quiet, wide-open spaces with glorious natural light.  I enjoy playing with the laws of nature and subtle nuances of the laws of light and spotlighting.  I find painting presents many challenges and problems to solve which engage my mind while producing a more timeless product that is intended to bring joy and happiness.
